Which product page should I use?

Category pages explain what to specify. Individual SKU pages show the available catalogue photographs and variant descriptions. Select the exact photo or buckle option when requesting a quote; a set of catalogue photos may show different configurations.

How do I compare material and logo choices?

Compare labeled samples, finished dimensions, hardware fit and artwork requirements together. Use the nylon, polyester and PP selection checklist and logo-method comparison to prepare a focused brief. Material names and decoration methods alone do not define finished performance.

What should my quotation request include?

Provide the SKU or selected photo, intended use, dimensions, material, hardware, colors, artwork, quantity per configuration, packaging, destination and required arrival date. Include test or inspection requirements before quotation.

The RFQ and sample-approval checklist includes a copyable brief and explains how to record the approved configuration.

What are the MOQ, sample and delivery terms?

DecisionWhat to confirm
MOQMOQ depends on the selected product, material, color, artwork, hardware and packaging. Ask for a written quotation for each configuration.
SamplesSample availability, contents, charges, any bulk-order credit and preparation time are confirmed in the quotation. Approve the physical sample before bulk production.
PricePublished USD ranges cover variants in a product listing and are reference ranges, not exact SKU offers. Confirm unit price, MOQ, freight, duties and payment terms in writing.
Lead timeSampling, production and transit are separate stages. Confirm the schedule after specifications, artwork, sample approval and order terms are agreed.
Packing and shipmentConfirm unit packing, labels, pack quantity, carton dimensions and gross weight for the selected order. Shipping terms and customs classification require order-specific confirmation.

What can I conclude from the product photos?

Use photos to identify the pictured configuration and visible details. Confirm dimensions, fiber, hardware fit and package contents against the selected SKU. A mark, reflective detail or stitch pattern is not a substitute for documentation of a performance or certification claim.

A photograph, fiber name or stitch pattern does not establish a load rating or certification. Request documents for the exact finished configuration and intended use.

How do I approve a bulk order?

  1. Agree the drawing, artwork revision, configuration and quotation.
  2. Check a physical sample and document dimensions, materials, fit, appearance and required evidence.
  3. Resolve exceptions and approve the retained reference before production.
  4. Confirm inspection, packing and shipment milestones in writing.

How can I contact the factory?

Use the secure website enquiry form to save a text enquiry for staff review. You receive a reference after a successful save; staff email alerts contain only that reference, receipt time and the protected inbox link.

You can also contact WhatsApp +86 18056748824 or q565699861@gmail.com. Those links open a separate conversation or email draft. Send attachments through the agreed contact channel. See the enquiry privacy notice for storage and retention information.
