Custom Luggage Straps: Buckle, Logo & Wholesale Order Options

Build a luggage-strap order around the exact closure, dimensions and package contents your buyers need. Start with an original product reference, then confirm samples and commercial terms for that configuration.

Single, crossed or combination buckle?

ChoiceProcurement check
Single plain-buckle strapSpecify one adjustable strap and its closure. HL-003 shows plain side-release examples without a combination lock.
Crossed arrangementConfirm whether the order contains two separate straps or an integrated assembly, how the parts connect and whether pricing is per strap or per complete set.
Combination-buckle optionSelect the exact photographed closure, finished dimensions and number of parts. Do not transfer the price or documentation of one buckle type to another.
Elastic / jacquard optionFor a reference such as HL-006, define relaxed and extended dimensions, woven artwork and all included components before comparing quotes.

Stock style, logo order or new OEM configuration?

ChoiceProcurement check
Existing catalogue styleIdentify the photo, color, buckle and quantity. Confirm current availability, minimums and packing; a catalogue image is not a stock guarantee.
Your logo on a proposed styleProvide artwork dimensions, print faces, colors and position. Ask which material and decoration method are suitable, with setup and sample costs.
New dimensions or assemblySupply a drawing and intended use. Confirm feasibility, hardware, minimums and a physical sample before bulk production.

For promotional giveaways, specify artwork and arrival date. For retail sets, also define unit contents, labels and packaging. For travel-brand orders, approve the strap on the intended luggage.

How is a luggage-strap quote calculated?

Width, finished length, material, closure, number of straps per set, artwork, quantity per design and packaging all affect the quote. Published product-listing ranges cover different variants and do not establish a price for your chosen assembly.

Request separate lines for unit price at your target quantity, artwork/setup, samples, unit packing and freight. Confirm duties, delivery terms, payment terms and quotation validity. A smaller quantity of a different variant is not a valid comparison with a bulk quote.

What should I approve before production?

  1. Record the photo or drawing, buckle type, unit contents and color.
  2. Measure the finished width and adjustment range using agreed reference points.
  3. Check closure, adjustment and fit on the intended suitcase.
  4. Check artwork placement, visible face and packaging against the approved sample.

Request evidence for the exact assembly if your intended use needs performance or certification documentation. A pictured mark or catalogue title does not establish authorization. Use the sample-approval checklist.
