Wholesale strap prices depend on the exact finished unit and quantity per design. Ask for trial and repeat-order options, then compare setup, packing and freight together. Smaller orders, mixed styles and split shipments are reviewed per order; they do not establish a fixed minimum, stock availability or free shipping.

Define one comparable finished unit before comparing prices. One plain-buckle strap, two straps used in a crossed arrangement and a complete combination-buckle set can have different contents and costs. A listing-wide price range does not identify the price of the configuration in a particular photograph.
| Choice | Procurement check |
|---|---|
| Unit and assembly | Specify one strap or a complete set; list the number of straps, buckles, hooks, sliders and connecting parts included. |
| Dimensions and material | Keep finished width, usable length, adjustment range, fiber, construction and hardware the same across the quotations. |
| Artwork and finish | Select an existing pattern or define new artwork, print faces, repeat, colors, labels and hardware finish. Ask for setup and sample charges separately. |
| Quantity per design | Request the trial quantity and a possible repeat quantity for the same specification. Confirm minimums for each style, color and artwork. |
| Packing and delivery | Specify unit packing, carton quantities and destination. Ask which costs are included in the unit price and which are separate. |
Ask for three written options using the same selected specification. A larger order may have a different unit quote, but the supplier must confirm it; do not assume a fixed discount or that the trial price is reserved for a later order.
| Choice | Procurement check |
|---|---|
| Trial quantity | Quote the requested quantity per style, samples, setup, unit packing and one shipment. Confirm whether existing catalogue options can meet the request. |
| Repeat quantity | Quote the same configuration at the proposed larger quantity. Confirm price validity, minimums, setup reuse and any changes that require another sample. |
| One order in split batches | Keep the order specification and total quantity explicit, then quote the packing, release arrangement and freight for every batch. Compare the combined costs with one consolidated shipment. |
Start with a consistent quotation scope. Compare the same currency, finished unit, quantity, destination and agreed delivery terms. Check whether packing, samples or setup are already included before adding separate lines.
Quoted goods = agreed finished-unit price × agreed quantity
Order comparison = quoted goods
+ setup and artwork charges not included
+ samples and sample freight not credited
+ packing and labels not included
+ freight / handling for every agreed shipment
+ other agreed charges not includedKeep destination duties, taxes, insurance and local delivery costs visible where applicable and confirm who pays them. The formula is a comparison checklist, not a freight, tax or landed-cost quotation. Do not count a proposed sample credit until it is agreed in writing.
Send each style, color or artwork as a separate line with its requested quantity. The combined order quantity does not automatically satisfy every line’s minimum. Ask which existing patterns or hardware options can be combined and which require a separate production run.
If a line cannot meet the request, discuss an existing configuration, another quantity or a revised design. Confirm the resulting minimum, price and sample before accepting a substitution. A mixed-style enquiry is an option to review, not a promise that every combination is available.
A split-shipment plan needs both an order specification and a release plan. A desired arrival date is different from the production-ready date and transit estimate. Agree feasibility and responsibilities before confirming an order.
| Choice | Procurement check |
|---|---|
| Batch quantities | List each SKU / color, quantity and proposed release date. Confirm the total order quantity and whether later batches require separate production. |
| Destinations and dates | Provide the country, delivery location and required arrival date for each batch. Agree production readiness and transit expectations separately. |
| Packing and documents | Confirm unit labels, carton quantities, packing lists and any destination-specific document request for each shipment. |
| Freight and handling | Request a separate quotation for each shipment, including the transport method or nominated forwarder. Multiple shipments can cost more than one consolidated shipment. |
| Payment and unreleased goods | Agree payment milestones, any holding or storage arrangement, responsibility for unreleased goods and the procedure if the plan changes. Do not assume free storage or reserved stock. |
For luggage straps, compare the photographed plain-buckle style with the exact buckle and set contents you need. For replacement shoulder straps, select a pattern and confirm hook fit, adjustment range and quantity per design. The photographs identify catalogue references; availability and the finished quotation still require confirmation.

This guide uses OEMStrapFactory’s published ordering terms and the original product references linked above. It is a checklist for requesting an order-specific quotation. It does not confirm exact prices, discounts, minimums, ready stock, a delivery deadline or a product certification. The final written quotation and approved sample define the agreed order.
Ask about a smaller trial order or mixed-style requirement. MOQ and availability are confirmed per product, color, artwork, hardware and packing; quantities across styles do not automatically meet each style's minimum.
