OEMStrapFactory uses your name, contact details, company, destination country and product requirements to review and respond to your wholesale or OEM enquiry. Please do not include payment details, identity documents or other sensitive personal information.
Enquiries are stored in a private Cloudflare SQLite Durable Object. Authorized staff retrieve them using a private access token. They are not placed in the public website or GitHub repository. Cloudflare processes data to provide this service; this notice does not promise storage in a particular country.
Records are scheduled for deletion after 180 days and excluded from the inbox after that period. A keyed hash derived from your IP is used for abuse prevention, with attempt records expiring after one hour and removed during subsequent activity or daily cleanup. The application does not store your raw IP in its enquiry database. Cloudflare may process network information separately to operate and protect its services.
When email alerts are configured, authorized staff receive a notification containing only the enquiry reference, receipt time and a link to the protected inbox. The alert does not contain your name, contact details, company, country, product requirements or message. Alert delivery status is recorded with the enquiry so staff can identify and retry failures.
To request access, correction or deletion, email q565699861@gmail.com, quoting your enquiry reference. Staff may need to verify your identity before handling the request.
The website form saves an enquiry for staff review. WhatsApp and email links open separate services with their own privacy practices.
